The house is extraordinary, I think this much is obvious. But it gets better. The back veranda not only offers stunning views, but the cool breeze and relatively secluded position on the hill make for the ultimate relaxation experience. The house is within a mile or two of all the action that St. Kitts has to offer (beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, etc.), but the temptation to stay and lounge at the house was really overwhelming at times. My niece and nephew were completely stoked by the pool, also. Pretty sure we left some extra pool toys behind for the next guest, so enjoy that :-) The owner of the property was very responsive with questions; all of my emails were answered within a couple of hours. Also, property management was great - they picked us up at the airport and helped us find a place to order a late-night dinner when we got in. My family and I usually aren't into vacationing to the same place twice, but I think we could probably make an exception to that rule here. So what are you waiting for? =)

Superb Location
From the moment we arrived we knew we were in a truly wonderful location. The views from the balcony are magnificent-look one way to the Atlantic Ocean and the other to the Caribbean Sea. The inside of the house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Outside the property are beautifully tended gardens and the wonderful infinity pool. There are plenty of sun beds and chairs and a great barbeque. St Kitts is a very laid-back Island and there are plenty of beautiful beaches and good restaurants a short drive away. Our party made use of the golf course just down the hill at the Marriott Hotel. We very much loved our stay and would recommend to anyone searching for a very special holiday

Best view on the island!
We had a wonderful relaxing week in this stunning villa. The views are incredible and the location is perfect for access to beautiful beaches, lovely restaurants and as a base for exploring the island. The villa has everything you need and more and is very comfortable. The gardens are really pretty and the infinity pool area is paradise. Thank you for sharing your lovely holiday home.

My brother got married at the Marriot on the 4th of July. To save some money, some friends and I decided to stay at Bayhill House and absolutely loved it. With the add-on apartment, the place comfortably slept 9 adults. The pool and views of the island are the highlights of the property. We did not rent a vehicle but would recommend doing so.

We stayed at Bayhill with 2 other couples the first week of January 2015. It was a perfect house for 3 couples, as each bedroom has its own bathroom and each bedroom\bathroom is quite private. The views from the balcony and living room must be one of the best on the island. We had both a view of the Atlantic side and the Caribbean at the same time. It was such a pleasure to sit on the balcony and enjoy the warm winds and view. The photos of inside the property do not do it justice, in that we found the furnishings simple and classic. The house is very well equipped with a full kitchen, appliances, and washer and dryer, and of course an infinity poo

Beautiful view, delicious breezes all in from this lovely location Our stay was comfortable and I was very happy to see how easily I could get around the island from our location. Even if we never left the house to venture out, Bayhill was entertaining in itself. Thank you for providing such a lovely atmosphere.

I spent a week at Bayhill house in November with my wife and son, and I have to say we absolutely loved it! The location is perfect. It's 10 minutes drive from all the best beaches and restaurants on the island. The views are breath-taking, offering a panoramic vista of the entire southeeninsula of the island - the pictures really don't do it justice! The house is decked out with all the facilities we could possibly want and was a perfect base of operations for our excursions around the island. Also my son gives the pool two thumbs up - he spent more time in it than out of it during our stay! One tip though: I'd definitely recommend hiring a car. It's a small island and it's much better to have the freedom to explore than rely on taxis.

From the moment you walk in the front door the stresses and strains of everday life disappear. The views from the balcony and newly built infinity pool are absolutely breathtaking. There's plenty to do for either a romantic or family holiday with beautiful beaches and great food only a few minutes away by car. If you feel more adventurous you could walk; which is easy on the way down the hill but you may need a breather on the way back up !

A wonderful house with gorgeous views. The owners and property managers were extremely helpful and accommodating. This is our fourth trip to St Kitts, and by far the most enjoyable. The infinity pool was refreshing and enjoyable, and the views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean from the deck and porch were even lovelier than the pictures in the listing. Easy access to restaurants ( Marshalls the closest and one of the best) , as well as beaches, golf and other activities.or small parties of 5-7 people.

Beautiul home with vibrant colors inside and out, fantastic views of the Carribean and Nevis, wonderful ocean breezes. A great setting for relaxing and enjoying friends. Located near great restaurants, especially La Belle Vie, a wonderful French restaurant just down the hill from the villa, plus the Steakhouse at the Marriott, and a bit farther away is Ottleys Plantation, a great restaurant in a beautiful garden setting. A truly enjoyable week for three couples starved for sunlight and warmth!
